élan laser clinics is a new and growing chain of Aesthetic clinics internationally.

We operate high quality laser, skin and body treatments using the very best technology and we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Skin Therapist to join the team in our new clinics to provide additional support during busy periods, holidays and sickness.

Duties will include:_

  • Delivering full range of treatments to an exceptional high standard;
  • Front of house duties including reception and retailing products;
  • Consulting new clients and advising them on their personalized treatment plan.
  • Diary management and general administration.
  • Achieving KPI's and targets.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Skills and experience required:_

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
  • Qualified Beauty Therapy preference NVQ level 4, but NVQ 3 will be considered;
  • Experience in performing laser treatments essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working to targets and happy to be involved in promotional activities.


 Driving Licence
  • Willing to travel to all clinic locations based on staffing requirements.
  • You should be willing to work a minimum of alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and 23 lates per week.
  • A team player with a positive cando attitude.
