Daily Tasks/Role:

  • Keeping our database of existing customer's details/potential customer details up to date.
  • Contacting potential customers to explain who we are, what we do and setting up meetings for the sales team if required.
  • Manage our social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Update our website on a regular bases with recent projects/jobs we have completed.
  • Help set up and run an ecommerce website that sells our products.
  • Answer calls from customers.
  • DaytoDay admin duties.
  • Writing up quotes and invoices.
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Organised and good time management
  • Good team working skills
  • Good knowledge of ICT and Microsoft Office
  • Big advantage would be knowledge of Adobe Suite (to produce marketing materials e.g. Flyers)
Working Times - 8:00am till 16:30pm Monday to Thursday

8:00am till 15:30pm Friday

We are based in Tockwith you would require a car to commute to our premises.

Pay:
£24,000.00 per year
