The Role

Senior Asset Management Middle Office/ Trade Support: Distressed Debt – Private Credit, Loans & Fixed Income (x 5-10-years' experience)

Martis Search are currently partnering with a boutique, but high-growth Mayfair based Asset Manager to hire a senior "Senior Asset Management Middle Office/ Trade Support Analyst."

In difficult economic conditions, this company have been lucky enough to experience "extreme levels" of business growth, success and increased $ AUM. As a result, this has created a unique and amazing opportunity for a "Senior Trade Support Analyst" to join their Middle Office Operations team. You would be joining a business that is performing exceptionally well.

The business growth has meant the company are having to restructure their business, with different support functions joining forces, so as well as the BAU Operations, there will be a lot of high-level Operational/ Middle Office and Fund Accounting projects to be involved with.

You will report into and work collaboratively with a senior Manager and support their Front Office Fund Management Investment Manager teams for all Operational tasks.

Our client is looking for someone with for someone of graduate calibre with a numerate focused degree such as Mathematics, Engineering etc, ideally a 2:1 and with a minimum of 5-years plus extensive Loans, or Distressed Debt/ Credit/ Private Credit Middle Office experience, gained from a reputable and related Asset Management, or Investment Banking organisation.

The company offer a hybrid mix of "working-from-home" and also in-the-office, so you get the best of both worlds.

Salary

£70,000 k pa - £95,000 k pa dependent upon experience, plus excellent bonus potential, Healthcare, Life Assurance, Medical Care etc.
