Engaged in some of the UK's most intricate and diverse projects, we tackle technically challenging assignments that provide extensive learning and development opportunities. Collaborating closely with regulatory bodies such as the Environment Agency, Natural Resources Wales, key infrastructure providers like Network Rail and Highways England, Local Government, and private developers/investors, we lead in delivering a range of schemes.

In this role, you will lead the development of flood risk models, manage projects, and liaise with clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating modeling studies and flood risk projects, conducting flood risk assessments, nurturing junior team members, resolving technical issues, and enhancing our technical capabilities.

Additionally, you will be involved in preparing project proposals, managing project components, ensuring project compliance, building client relationships, and overseeing the commercial aspects of projects. Your expertise in fluvial flood modeling using software like ISIS, TUFLOW, ESTRY, and FLOOD MODELLER PRO, as well as your knowledge of UK flood risk policy, will be invaluable.

Moreover, your experience in Surface Water Management Plans, Sustainable Drainage Systems, water resource assessments, Environmental Impact Assessments, and Environmental Statements will be crucial in this role.
