Leading our Trust HR team and as a key member of the Executive team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our people strategy ensuring this is aligned with our overall mission and that it impacts the working lives of our all our staff.
You will ensure the HR support to schools is high quality, timely and efficient.You will support the Trust through growth, ensuring the that new schools and staff that joins us feel part of our community.
You will be CIPD Member level qualified or have equivalent experience and you will have significant experience operating at a senior level in HR.
You will be values driven in your approach and experienced at operating at a senior level working with leaders and the Board.
You will demonstrate commitment to your own development and be a visible advocate of equality, diversity and inclusion in all you do.
