Job Title:
Crane Operator ( weekends cover 26.08 to 28/08)

Duties:

  • Operate and control the movement of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
  • Inspect and maintain cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate lifting operations
  • Read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and other technical documents
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on cranes and report any issues or malfunctions
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Skills:

  • Valid crane operator certification/license
  • Proven experience operating various types of cranes, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, or overhead cranes
  • Strong understanding of crane safety practices and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and technical documents
  • Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members during lifting operations
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
£34.00-£36.50 per hour
