Marketing Specialist:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Specialist within our Marketing team based within our Isle of Man Head office.
The job holder will work together with the Senior Marketing Manager to provide high-quality delivery of the marketing plan, with a particular focus on content.

Role Specific Details
- Accountable for delivering content (corporate/thought leadership) for distribution across all channels and geographies. Generate content for the website and comms activities.
- Plan and execute companywide advertising, sponsorship and partner campaigns for the business across all jurisdictions, and all audiences.
- Manage the advertising process from the writing creative brief through to issuing of adverts.
- Management of highquality corporate events in collaboration with the front office teams, ensuring events meet the business needs, are delivered on time and to budget and enable achievement of the business goals.
- Management and development of highquality external award entries from development to submission to improve the visibility of the business.
- Develop and deliver sponsorship programmes to maximise brand exposure and positioning of the organisation as a good 'corporate citizen' in chosen markets.
- Coordinate production of promotional collateral (brochureware/pitch books/presentations for example).
- Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure content is promoted consistently, on time and that it meets business needs and goals.
- Admin tasks
- Maintain and implement the NPW style guide for written documents.
Perform any further admin tasks that the role requires.
- To undertake such other duties as the Bank may require from time to time.
Professional Qualifications
Marketing qualifications preferred.
Technical Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Possess excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing with all levels within the organisation. Also be comfortable to negotiate effectively with external agencies and suppliers.
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, CRM and marketing automation.
- Have a strong background in advertising and marketing, with a sound understanding of all elements of the marketing mix. Also possess an understanding of the financial sector, economic environment and the bank's product offering.
- Show strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
