Position: Learning Support Assistant (Full Time)
Day Rate: £80 - £85
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives? Future Education is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with varying needs.
- Assist teachers in the delivery of tailored educational programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for education and student welfare
- A fully enhanced DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one)
- Availability for full-time work, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
