Job Title: Colposcopy Booking Administrator

Join our team at the Women's and Children's Division as a Colposcopy Booking Administrator. We are looking for someone with top-notch administration and IT skills, paying close attention to detail. Excellent communication is a must as you'll be part of a quick-paced, multi-disciplinary team.

Main Duties:Work with the booking team to manage patient bookings for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology colposcopy team.Maintain high standards in patient service ensuring all referrals are accurately logged into Trust CareFlow EPR and the National Masey Colposcopy Database. Ensure appointments meet national standards.Communicate sensitively with patients and effectively with colleagues and clinical teams.
