This is what you will do:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing disease plans and associated omnichannel campaigns to achieve commercial therapy area targets, align with corporate and franchise objectives.

You will be accountable for:

  • Collaborating with the cross-functional Franchise team to deliver initiatives, including leading the development and delivery of Franchise meeting sessions, campaigns, and projects
  • Leading the development of tactical disease plans with the cross-functional team, prioritizing tactics that align with growth opportunities within the Franchise to enhance patient outcomes and provide value to customers
  • Creating omnichannel campaigns in line with lead generation principles
  • Overseeing the implementation and progress tracking of omnichannel campaigns and activities according to the disease plan
  • Incorporating omnichannel excellence into campaign design and content creation using customer behavior and experience insights to develop patient-focused solutions
  • Producing digital content, following best design practices to maximize customer engagement and enhance the customer experience
  • Developing and managing impactful promotional and non-promotional content while adhering to relevant regulations, including the ABPI code
  • Leading the development of therapy area congress and events strategy to ensure high-level customer engagement
  • Managing budgets for specific activities as per disease plans and in collaboration with commercial leadership
  • Building and maintaining a strong knowledge of therapy areas and market insights individually and within the franchise team to gain a competitive edge
  • Overseeing external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant outcomes within budget
  • Cultivating strong relationships with other functional areas
  • Presenting franchise performance at local meetings
  • Ensuring maintenance of the highest standards of quality and compliance according to ABPI and IPHA codes, SOPs, and work practices

You will need to have:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Pharmaceutical product management and omnichannel campaign design and implementation
  • Knowledge of UK/Ireland's country-specific regulations, including the ABPI Code of Practice
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing and lead generation principles
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving franchise goals
  • Experience in implementing tactics/activities across multiple channels, including Veeva platform, email, web, social media, salesforce cloud, and virtual events
  • Proven experience in engaging and influencing HCPs, including key opinion leaders, particularly in organizing events
  • Understanding of the disease planning process
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a history of effectiveness as a cross-functional team player and project leader who delivers results
  • Demonstrating energy and enthusiasm to tackle challenges with a positive outlook and a belief that nothing is impossible
  • Possessing excellent project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English both written and oral is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, business, English, psychology, or marketing

We would prefer for you to have:

  • ABPI Professional Examination
  • A patient and customer-centric mindset
  • Experience in oncology, neurology, and/or pediatrics market. Rare disease experience is desirable
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer experience strategies
  • Familiarity with Platforms: Adobe Campaign Manager, Veeva Promomats
  • Understanding of Lean start-up, "Minimal Viable Product" (MVP), or agile mindset
  • Good grasp of the NHS or equivalent structure and strategies and its impact on the business
