Executive Assistant for Private Equity Firm:

- £60,000***We are looking for a Senior EA to join a high end Private Equity firm in Mayfair. Supporting the leadership team, strong communication skills across all levels of the business is essential.
Working alongside the EA to the CEO, this is an excellent role for an EA looking to work for a powerhouse within Private Equity.
Your duties will include:
- Managing busy diaries, both collective and individual, arranging meetings and conference calls
- Working closely with other PAs
- End to end travel planning
- Expenses
- Any ad hoc admin
- Restaurant reservations
- Assisting with preparation of internal events ski trip, Christmas party, charity fund raisers
- Assisting with social media management
You will have:
- Proven EA/PA experience supporting multiple members of staff
- Exceptionally well organised
- Ability to work in a fast paced, corporate environment
- Experience working across different time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Flexible and willing to get stuck in
