With a growing portfolio and active deal pipeline, they are looking to add ambitious, high-quality individuals to their investment team who have proven financial and analytical skills and transaction experience in our market segment in the UK.
Supporting their team to implement the investment process: financial modelling, due diligence, negotiation, and execution
Preparing detailed investment papers detailing the investment case
Working closely with their portfolio assets post-investment
Transactional experience in their market segment either from within the private equity industry; corporate finance or transaction support/FDD in an accounting firm
Top academic credentials and professional qualifications (ACA or equivalent qualification desirable)
Excellent commercial acumen to understand markets and businesses; and strong analytical skills including financial modelling experience
