Chef de Partie Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a deep appreciation for both French and Japanese cuisines.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.


Chef de Partie Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes with precision and creativity, adhering to Bar des Pres' high standards.
Manage and oversee your designated section, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, following health and safety regulations.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a supportive and educational atmosphere.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.

Chef de Partie Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining establishment.
Strong knowledge of French and Japanese culinary techniques and ingredients is desirable but not essential.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.
