Job Title: Night Chef / Baker at Chiltern Firehouse



We are looking for an experienced and creative Night Chef / Baker to join our team at Chiltern Firehouse, a luxury venue in Marylebone, part of the esteemed André Balazs Property group.



Shift Pattern:
- 9pm to 7am
- 5 days on, 2 days off

Responsibilities:
- Work with top-quality British seasonal ingredients
- Prepare baked goods like Pizza, Doughnuts, and a la carte dishes
- Organize mise-en-place for the day brigade

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Pizza Chef and Baker
- Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level skills
