Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and fostering children's development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous leadership experience in an early years setting is highly desirable.
  • Level 4 Early Years Qualification
  • NNEB
  • NVQ or univeristy degree
  • GCSE or equavilient in English and Maths - C or 5 or higher
  • Other training relevant to working in Day Care settings
  • Resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
