Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in early years education
- Relevant early years teaching qualification
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for nurturing and developing young learners

Key Duties:
- Designing and implementing engaging lessons in the Nursery or Reception settings
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of children
