About the role:


We are looking for temporary Summer Enrolment Assistants to support our teams across the summer, the busiest part of the academic year.


As our first point of support to prospective students, you'll be greeting new learners and guiding them through the enrolment process, supporting with their online enrolment, and completing crucial steps like checking right to study and supporting bursary enquiries.

As part of our established team of friendly advisers, you'll help to ensure we deliver and maintain an exceptional service to all customers.


You may not have considered using your skills in this way before, but this could give you the skills and experience in customer service and administrative support within the education sector to provide you with a varied and fulfilling career path.


These opportunities are on a casual basis, with up to full-time hours, between the end of July and September 2024 to support with our main student enrolment period.

Roles are available at our other colleges across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey.

What do you need to be successful as an Enrolment Assistant at Activate Learning?
You will have a positive mindset and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. No experience is required.
