Site Reliability Engineer | Remote | Outside IR35

Our client is looking to onboard a strong Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) on a 6-month contract to help them as part of a long term programme of work, on a remote basis. You will be part of a global technical delivery and operations team enabling business across multiple markets around the world.

This role will be operating outside IR35, working remotely and is to start ASAP.

The daily rate on offer for this role is £500-525

Key requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in working in an SRE capacity
  • Must have hands-on experience with AWS, GitLab CI/CD, and analytics tools like Firebase or Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with serverless computing on AWS
  • Experience with microservice based monitoring/observability
  • Experience with advanced deployment strategies and tools
  • Good experience with proper APM (Application Performance Monitoring), Datadog preferred
  • CI/CD pipeline knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team while working remotely.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring DevOps teams, focusing on performance management and team development
