The Company_

Job Purpose:

Overall responsibility for processing commercial enquiries, invoicing and resolution. Support the TSG department with sales activities and organisation of site travel and accommodation requirements

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • PO receipt and processing.
  • Dealing with Commercial enquiries and resolution.
  • Invoicing and liaising with Engineers / Technicians and clients.
  • Arranging Visas, labour market impact assessments for international clients.
  • Travel, Accommodation and car hire etc.
  • Proforma invoice creation following PO review prior to invoicing.
  • Service Valuation Certificate creation.
  • Regular checking and navigating of client platforms/portals depending up on the stage of the project.
  • Sella Dashboard and milestone forecasting.
  • Liaising with Stores.
  • Checking of commercial reviews.
  • Sales and Quotation building and issuing to clients.
  • Checking of quotes and contracts.
  • Creating Delivery notes
  • Raising and issuing quotes.
  • Raising and issuing lifecycle support contracts to maintenance contract holders.
  • Project Completion Reviews.

Up to £21,000.00 per year
