Wings And Beer Co. is a food and sport lead venue located in the heart of Preston. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff and Floor Staff.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining and drinking experiences for our guests.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer orders and address any special requests
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Uphold our standards for food safety and sanitation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Must be at least 18 to serve alcohol
  • Food handler's permit or bartending certification is a plus
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
