We have an exciting opportunity for a law graduate to join our Legal team on a two year fixed term contract. This role involves working closely with the Legal team to support them in the provision of legal advice on issues arising and affecting the Integrafin Holdings plc group of companies. You will also be responsible for responding to tickets raised internally relating to a variety of legal queries throughout the business and supporting the Company Secretarial team as required, particularly in providing responses to s793 requests. It will be necessary to remain on top of any legal developments which may affect policies or procedures and update these accordingly.

Responsibilities include:

Building internal and external relationships with key contacts and stakeholders.Communicating pro-actively to resolve issues and engaging in effective team work.Provide accurate and timely responses to enquiries raised by the business. Process requests for information in a timely manner compliant with regulatory requirements and internal standards.Prepare and provide tax certification documents as required by international tax reporting requirements.Review and recommend updates to Legal department policies/procedures as often as necessary, monitoring for emerging legal risk.Identify opportunities for knowledge sharing within the organisation and support the improvement of materials available to staff on legal issues.Review and support the maintenance of the legal department asset register and content on the group's intranet.

The successful candidate will have completed a law degree and possess an understanding of UK regulatory legislation within the financial services sector, acquired through work experience or education. Candidates should be aiming to secure, or have already secured, a training contract and be seeking two years of paralegal work experience prior to the start of the contract.

Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to interact effectively at all levels. An eagerness to learn is essential, as the role involves a wide variety of commercial and corporate tasks. A proactive approach to work and the flexibility to adjust to evolving situations are also required.

The role is based in our central London office, working a minimum of two days a week in the office and three days a week from home.
