Contacting existing clients and Travel agents and exploring potential new clients/Travel agents at Miki Travel DMC Europe Sales Department, responsible for tours in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and many other European countries
Main Responsibilities of the role
Maintain communication with clients/Travel Agents (online meetings and physically visit their office if necessary)
Prepare tour quotations and offers for client/Travel Agent
Regularly coming up with new tour ideas to offer to our clients
Communicate all necessary tour arrangements to our Sales Operations department as well as monitor its development.
Invoicing and money collection
Deal with unexpected matters affecting the development of tours
Report sales activity to management
Skills and Experience
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English + Spanish/French/Germany (One of them will be preferred)
Experience in the travel industry minimum 3 years (Preferable Sales experience too)
European geographic knowledge
Interest on learning new skills and to stablish new Client/Agent relations
Good organizational skills, adaptability to changes in work levels and timeframes
Management & ability to work well under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
