Location:
South Wales/Cornwall


A small housing developer experiencing high growth is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join them in their commitment to producing high quality, energy efficient homes at scale.

Based in South Wales, you will be working across the region which extendsto Cornwall, with one or two nights away each week.


Responsibilities:

*- Firmly establish Health and Safety practices to become a company-wide standard across new and existing sites

  • Working with Construction Director and Site Management teams to ensure all staff (contractors, subcontractors, and clients) are trained, compliant, and working in line with policies and risk assessments
  • Refining H&S targets such as site inspections, and reporting of incidents
  • Advise on all HSE matters throughout the business

Essential experience:

  • A Full driving licence
  • Experience in a similar role within construction

Desirable experience:

  • NEBOSH qualification
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role within housing development
