Calex is an expert training and consultancy organization working closely with top automotive manufacturers. We are on the lookout for a Network Engagement Analyst to join our team at the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes (Wymbush).

Our focus is on delivering training to enhance network retailer business performance across all VWUK brands including Audi, Volkswagen, VW Commercial Vehicle, Seat, ŠKODA, and CUPRA, Trade Parts, and Accredited Repair Centres.

Reporting to the Network Engagement Team Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing performance and L&D data from VW systems to drive overall performance improvement at the National Learning Centre.

  • Analyzing relevant performance data from VW systems
  • Collaborating with customer-facing teams
  • Reporting and forecasting performance
  • Assisting in improving the Volkswagen Group Network qualification percentage

In this role, you will assess investor feedback, create performance forecasts, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and drive engagement within the network.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a business analysis role, commercial awareness, critical thinking skills, and expertise in performance analysis and forecasting.
