Job Description

This role focuses on handling pub-related inquiries within set timelines, ensuring customer needs are met, and fostering collaboration with the Retail IT team for seamless technology integration. The role also involves analyzing trends, contributing insights for product management, and working from either Burton Upon Trent or Bury St Edmunds for effective collaboration with IT support services.

- Capability to lead and nurture a team
- Skilled in personal and professional development of individuals
- Experience in evaluating capacity and strategizing future engagements
- Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration for ensuring optimal support levels
- Effective stakeholder management across various communication channels
- Expertise in supplier management, particularly in service levels and SLAs
- Background in retail, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Previous experience in supplier management is beneficial
- Proficiency in service delivery and use of Office 365 and Azure DevOps
