Executive Assistant, Global Affairs Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and fluid calendaring
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings involving multiple executives
  • Build crossfunctional relationships between departments
  • Manage and coordinate priorities and content
  • Maintain spreadsheets, contacts, distribution lists, etc
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and visas
  • Organise team and org events
  • Submit expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Take ownership of your organisation's people and business priorities/needs
  • Ensure and maintain confidentiality of communications and documentation
  • Perform general office duties as needed
  • Manage projects with precise attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 5+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • 5+ years strong experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross functional partners
  • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook/MSOffice and Google Suite
  • Incredibly organised and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
