Heritage PS Talent Solutions are working on behalf of our client.nWe are thrilled to be working in partnership with our West Yorkshire based client within the Construction industry to recruit for an experienced Project Manager.

Specialising in diverse off site construction projects within Healthcare, Education, Housing, and Sports sectors.

The vacancy opening is due to their expansion and sustained business growth, and they now seek a Project Manager from offsite construction to oversee pivotal projects and manage the projects department.

Main duties of the

Project Manager:
n

Project Management:

nLead and manage projects across various sectors from tender closure to completion.nEnsure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.nImplement Health & Safety protocols and oversee site security for all projects.nCollaborate with departmental teams, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met company-wide.nSet and manage budgets for different project components while ensuring compliance.


Contract Management:

nOversee contractual aspects, negotiating subcontract orders with competitive terms.nEstablish and finalize terms and conditions, including payment agreements with clients.nEnsure adherence to contractual timelines and compliance with terms.nMaintain Quality Assurance standards (ISO 9001) throughout project lifecycles.nMonitor and manage payments within contracted terms.


Health, Safety & Compliance:

nEnsure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental policies.nMaintain statutory registers and oversee assessments and recordings as required b regulations (COSHH, Noise, Asbestos, etc.).nImplement safe working methods and oversee welfare facilities' standards.nEnsure availability and maintenance of First Aid equipment and cover on project sites.


nStakeholder Management:
n· Act as the primary point of contact with main contractors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements of the

Project Manager:


nMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within building engineering, specializing in new builds and refurbishments.nStrong knowledge of NEC and JCT Contracts, with proven experience in contract management.nFamiliarity with modular or offsite construction methods preferred.nProject management expertise with a focus on cost control and contractual obligations.nProfessional qualification in a construction-related discipline is essential.nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.nStrong negotiation and communication skills.nDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.nEfficient in managing project budgets and resources.nAdaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.nOur client is committed to delivering excellence in every project and seeks a proactive Senior Project Manager who shares this commitment to lead their projects department effectively while ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
