Weekend Bar Staff/server

Evening Weekend Shifts usually starting between 4pm - 6pm, and finishing at closing between 10.30pm-Midnight


Role includes, taking orders, working in the bar making and serving drinks, providing a restaurant service during evening meals, Table Service, taking orders, processing sales through the Till, stock check, replenishing stock, cleaning down bar area.

Cocktail Making, Wine Serving and Promoting drink sales.

Providing great customer service by serving customers and guests of the Hotel.

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment will be looked upon favourably but not essential.

They will need to be at least 18 years old as they will be serving alcohol. On-site Training will be provided.

  • Contracted hours will be discussed within Interview
  • Holidays as accrued
  • Additional Shifts may be available for overtime & holiday cover

Hotel closes over the festive period - closed over Christmas through to the New Year. Usually 10 days closure/holiday period._

Job Types:
