Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the floor in a food production or kitchen environment
  • Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and following company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or food production setting
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
