CREATIVE DIRECTOR

We are looking for a Creative Director to join an innovative beauty company, a leader in the industry.

An imaginative individual with a deep understanding of digital trends and the ability to transform strategies into revolutionary social-first concepts, engaging content, product launches, and purposeful projects across all platforms.

Collaborating closely with the Managing Partner to cultivate strong relationships with senior clients and grasp the essence of the local market.

Leading a talented agency team within a vibrant creative department, working seamlessly with the in-house social content team. Inspiring and empowering creative teams to generate impactful, original, and significant ideas, setting a prime example by occasionally contributing personally in tight deadline situations.

Fostering a culture of generosity and insightfulness within the agency, promoting diversity and inclusivity in both the workplace and the projects delivered. Identifying and guiding potential award-winning initiatives with a problem-solving approach.

Closely collaborating with the Global Executive Creative Director to ensure all communications align with the brand's tone and standards. Tailoring responses to local briefs to resonate with the UK audience while upholding the global brand essence and values.

Achieving and advocating for a balanced work-life environment, focusing on a positive and supportive atmosphere amongst colleagues.
