Description
- Managing debt recovery and implementing effective credit control strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Resolving payment disputes and handling customer queries.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Working closely with the wider Accounting & Finance team.
- Complying with all regulations in the Transport & Distribution industry.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of credit control procedures and principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
