We are seeking a Planning and Purchasing Assistant to join a small team in the Andover area. This role plays a crucial part in supporting with purchasing and planning functions of the business.

It is a very varied role and perfect for anyone who is looking to gain new skills with a fantastic company.

No previous experience required but proficiency with IT and Excel will be essential.

Permanent, onsite role

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00

Location:
Andover

Salary:
£25k

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting the lead planner and quality manager
  • Maintaining inventory and stock levels to meet demand
  • Placing and monitoring purchase orders
  • Running and preparing reports
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

What you'll need:

  • IT skills including knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good time management skills
  • Reliability
  • Attention to detail
