PART TIME, 2 DAYS A WEEK (15 HOURS OVER THE WEEK INCLUDING EVENING AND WEEKEND WORK)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main goal of the Brand Ambassador is to achieve sales targets within the team in their account by meeting Coty's customer service and sales standards while ensuring excellent execution. The ideal candidate should have a solid sales background with knowledge and experience in the Fragrance industry.

Your main focus:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and uphold company KPIs
  • Lead by example as a brand ambassador, safeguarding the equity for Coty brands and complying with Company uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Foster strong relationships with the Coty in-store team and establish/maintain relationships with retailer staff and management
  • Utilize iPad for email, reporting, and VM guidelines
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to influence, sell, and upsell

The team comprises a Fragrance Business Manager and a Brand Ambassador who collaborate closely with various departments like the Store Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, National Account Manager, Regional Education Ambassador, Business Manager, and Area Manager. All team members are sales-focused fragrance experts across our multi-fragrance portfolio.
