As a Paid Social Account Director, you will lead your team to deliver top-notch performance for a variety of clients. You will drive innovation, encouraging a culture of ongoing and responsible experimentation.

You will be the main support for a group of Account Managers and Account Executives, supervising their work and helping them grow in the field of paid social.

Act as the primary point of contact in the realm of paid social for a range of clients, taking full responsibility for all executed programs.

  • Independently manage key client accounts, handling client concerns, and inspiring both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Direct a paid social team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure quality control in daily operations and oversee adherence to team processes, including Quality Assurance procedures for campaign activation and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Paid Social and the sales team to create and deliver pitches to secure new business and drive overall team expansion.
  • Promote Paid Social services to Assembly's current client base by identifying opportunities in collaboration with Client Leadership.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities across various social platforms, serving as an internal expert.
  • Encourage integration with senior agency staff, ensuring Paid Social's vital role in clients' marketing strategies.
  • Work with the Head of Paid Social and other Account Directors on the development and execution of team initiatives.

Essential qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in senior client management and relationship building.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional paid social campaigns and promoting innovation, testing, and measurement.
  • Experience in planning and overseeing Brand and Performance campaigns for multinational clients on various Paid Social platforms.
