£12.15 per hour (weekdays) £14.32 (weekends) (including holiday pay)

Pulse Nursing at Home have an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end service, delivering an exceptional, clinically led customer experience to our Private clients in prestigious areas across the Greater London area.


At Pulse Nursing at Home we specialise in packages of care for clients with complex needs, who want to receive care in their own homes and communities.

We provide lifetime sustainable solutions for our clients needing nursing care. We aim to empower individuals to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

The role is working with a variety of clients with clinical needs.

You will be working with our clients in the family home, as well accompanying them on any stays away from home.

Supporting their clinical needs and enhancing their quality of life.

You will be expected to deliver high quality patient care to high profile clients and exercise your clinical duties discreetly and, build a rapport with the client whilst maintaining professional boundaries.


To deliver care and support to our client, you will need:

  • Minimum of 1 years care experience in a hospital or an acute medical setting (band 4 experience preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to deliver care in a variety of settings
  • Flexible and reliable
