About the role


As an Assistant Manager, you will work hand in hand with the General Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and unforgettable experience for our customers.

You'll be responsible for leading, motivating and inspiring the team to always strive for excellence and exceed expectations.

Deputising for the General Manager, you'll be accountable for all aspects of the business, empowering the team with training, coaching and development to run a great pub.


You'll take ownership of the front of house, generating fresh ideas, taking risks, and making necessary changes to put the customer first and drive success.

Managing the team as individuals, you'll know how to get the best out of them and support them with what they need, with regular one-to-ones and team meetings to achieve excellent commercial results.


We take internal progression seriously and play a vital role in spotting great talent within our team, developing the next generation of inspiring leaders.
