Engagement and Internal Communications Manager Role Responsibility

We have an exciting opportunity to lead our Internal Communications and Engagement Team, driving whole organisation engagement in support of our strategic priorities.

You will work to increase employee participation and enhance opportunities to embed employee voice whilst building staff understanding and engagement with organisational change.

You will be outcome focused with the ability to work with senior managers and leaders, providing strategic advice and influencing with credibility.

You will have an eye for detail and accuracy and be able to demonstrate the ability to respond and adapt, making sure all activity remains relevant and aligned.
