Beatbox Leisure was established in 2014 and our principal business activity is operating bars and nightclubs. We are based in Ayr, and all of our venues are located in the Ayr area.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Supervisor to join our management team in our venues Mulligans, Notion and Harleys / Printhouse.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about the industry and wants to develop their career in management.

You will be a key member of staff, overseeing the daily operations of the venues and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout.


Duties and Responsibilities

This role will involve several duties, including:

  • Assisting with the day to day running of the venues
  • Organising staff rotas
  • Cash handling
  • Supervising, coaching and motivating staff
  • Supporting the manager with training programmes and compliance issues
  • Maintaining and ordering stock
  • Assisting in the development of key staff
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety, hygiene, customer service
  • Proposing, developing and running events
  • Key Holding
  • Opening and Closing Venues

Qualifications and Experience

  • Be a confident team leader with excellent people skills
  • Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Be enthusiastic and proactive with a positive manner
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be well presented with a professional manner
  • Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Previous key holder duties required
  • Proven experience in a bar supervisor role
  • Aged 18 or over
This is a permanent position with shift patterns over evenings and weekends, flexibility is required.

From £12.00 per hour
