Project Supervisor - EWI / Sustainable Housing - Competitive Salary

We are seeking a skilled Project Supervisor to join a leading renewable energy organization as they expand their operations. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a company that is at the forefront of the energy transition.

The role involves overseeing residential construction projects, ranging from individual homes to larger community developments. You will be responsible for enhancing properties through External Wall Insulation (EWI), loft insulation, boiler upgrades, and the installation of heat pump systems, all aimed at improving energy efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:
  • SMSTS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Experience in domestic property upgrades
  • Multi-trade skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the site team.
  • Conducting site inductions.
  • Evaluating subcontractor performance.
  • Managing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Planning and supervising subcontractors and direct reports.
  • Delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
