What We're Seeking...

The Field Sales Performance Analyst plays a vital role in evaluating, analyzing, and summarizing the effectiveness of the different field sales teams within AG Barr. This role contributes to influencing the achievement of our core business objectives, such as:
  • Market Share growth within Symbol & Independent stores
  • Enhancing Visibility & Availability within Multiple stores
  • Growing distribution, visibility & availability within Out Of Home and Wholesale customers

This position demands a high level of analytical rigor to help sales management comprehend the factors driving their teams' performance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include...

As a Field Sales Performance Analyst, your key responsibilities will involve:
  • Performance Analysis: Analyzing internal and external data to assess teams' impact on business KPIs, and providing regular updates on team and individual performance
  • Report Architect: Creating and maintaining essential reports to enhance performance comprehension and foster a culture of high performance
  • Meaningful Insights: Collecting, organizing, cleansing, and interpreting data to derive actionable insights
  • Deep Dive: Conducting in-depth reviews to identify factors driving performance and presenting findings with actionable recommendations
  • Data Consumability: Ensuring reports and dashboards are easily understood by key stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy
  • Review & Enhancement: Collaborating with sales managers and representatives to regularly refine reporting requirements in alignment with business expectations
