About us and the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Early Years and Childcare Entitlements, Sufficiency and Business Team at Warwickshire County Council for a motivated and passionate individual to join the team.
The role has a key focus on business sustainability and place sufficiency of early years and childcare places including funded entitlements in line with Warwickshire's Statutory duties.
You will provide high quality business advice and support for all providers of Early Years and Childcare places including childminders, schools, academies and private, voluntary and independent settings.
You'll maintain close working relationships with key organisations and networks, locally and across the country, to ensure that funding opportunities are maximised.
- A sound knowledge of cash flow forecasting, and the ability to support Early Years & Childcare providers to monitor or develop these skills
- Good working knowledge of Early Years and Childcare requirements and the business and financial implications for providers across the sector
- The ability to interpret and analyse statistical data in an effective manner
- Be open minded, flexible, and able to assist with the development of new ideas and initiatives and use their sector knowledge to support this.
