We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Apprentice at our Emscote House Day Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education to young children.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our team to create and maintain safe and supportive learning environments.
- Plan and implement opportunities to enhance children's development and complete observations linked to the early years curriculum.
- Interact positively with all nursery users and work in partnership with colleagues and parents to ensure all children's individual needs are met.
- Adhere to nursery routines and policies and seek guidance from your leadership team as required.
- An hourly pay rate of £6.55, increasing to £10 per hour after 6 months and £11.44 per hour after 12 months.
- A 'congratulations' payment of £300 upon successful completion of the level 3 apprenticeship.
- Potential for an annual tax-free dividend payment.
- 'Recommend a friend' bonuses of £1000 for successful referrals.
- Childcare discount from day one, with 75% for your children and/or 40% for your grandchildren.

To be considered for this role, you must have documentation to evidence your right to work in the UK, ideally photographic ID, and official documentation to evidence your national insurance number. You must also have access to a computer to undertake the initial online assessment and submit ongoing coursework, have been resident in the UK for at least 3 years, and be comfortable with traveling to and from group training sessions in Newport Pagnell.
