You will supervise a Recruitment Advisor, work closely with managers to support and advise on the Trust's recruitment process and monitor campaign timelines and outcomes.


You must be committed to the delivery of first class customer service and excellent standards, have a flexible, collaborative approach, but also be appropriately assertive when you are unable to compromise standards without risk.


Predominately the role will involve remote working/hybrid working however there will be a requirement to work from the office on certain days, as well as travelling to Trust sites, attending career events and open days as required.

Some weekend work may be required on the odd occasion to support large scale recruitment events.


CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
