As part of their continued progression and succession planning, the company is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the sales activity and drive revenue opportunities.

A key aspect of this role is managing a select number of key accounts, ensuring their needs are fully satisfied.

This involves a consultative and collaborative style of selling, working closely with the customer to design their product requirements and then project managing the solution to launch.

The position is also responsible for a small internal sales team who look after the requirements of the smaller customers.

Work with customers and internal stakeholders to help bring profitable business to market
Contribute to the overall business performance and strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership team
Guide, support and develop the sales team (two internal sales professionals)
Follow-up and respond to leads from the website, industry partners and networks
Target and open up new business in key sectors in line with sales strategy
Organised with strong time management skills
Professional approach and commercial acumen
Experienced at project management and problem solving, finding solutions

Experienced in B2B sales role in a technically biased SME
Curious, open minded and flexible
