Following a re-structure of our ways of working a fantastic opportunity has arisen for proficient and highly motivated registered clinicians (Nurse or AHP) to join our existing Continuing Healthcare team.

This role require a dynamic individual who is an effective communicator, is forward thinking and able to perform both independently and as part of a team.

Your daily working environment will offer varied and interesting aspects of NHS services.

Continuing Healthcare is an assessed funding stream and therefore you will get the chance to interact with various stake holders, patients, and their families on a regular basis.
