Tezlom require enthusiastic and committed
Forensice/Mental Health Support Workers to work with Adults within their own homes in the
Wythenshawe area and surrounding community.

Some of these adults come from problematic backgrounds and some have learning disabilities and/or mental health complexities.

We are looking for someone fun and who can connect with the adults at this service. The overall aim for our client and the service is to encourage independence and to integrate those into society.


All adults at this service have their own homes that are situated around the Wythenshawe and surrounding areas, so whilst driving isn't essential you would have to get to these locations.

We are really keen to speak to Psychology graduates also and we offer a variety of learning for you

Roles and responsibilities within this role include:

  • Supporting adults within their own homes and outdoors.
  • Managing and engaging with support plans.
  • Adhering to person centred care plans.
  • Prepared to work with people with troubled pasts.
  • Developing a strong and trusting relationship.
This is a full time position working through the day.

Each adult has their own home, so you
must be prepared to do 1/2 sleep-ins per week to support the individual, and this is paid at an additional £45 per sleep.

These are uninterrupted.
