Working Arrangement: 2-3x a week on-site in Chertsey

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive, self-driven marketer with superior communication skills and at least one year of experience in a digital marketing setting. The position involves working from a central hub and managing campaigns across various local European markets, focusing on creative CRM campaigns through email, push notifications, and in-app messages. Applicants must possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail. This role does not require a technical background, but familiarity with CRM delivery and reporting tools and processes is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate within a central hub and coordinate with a network of European markets
  • Collaborate with strategy leads, internal teams, and external partners to design execute, and evaluate innovative CRM campaigns within time and budget constraints
  • Manage the creation and delivery of copy and creative materials, campaign toolkits, data segmentation, and reporting needs for key product and sales initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison for local markets implementing these campaigns.
  • Collaborate with data and insights teams to provide ongoing and comprehensive analyses of campaign performance
