We are a small Independent Estate Agency based in Sunderland and are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual with excellent communication skills to join our existing team on a part time, flexible basis within our Sunderland Branch.


  • Accompany clients around both sales and rental properties.
  • Promoting the benefits of the property.
  • Providing feedback to office staff.
  • Conduct Routine inspections of our Rental properties
  • Flexibility required to meet the demands of the business.

Driving Licence and own car is essential
£9.50 per hour plus mileage expenses paid.
