**Accompanied Viewer - Sunderland - Up to £23,000**

A leading, award winning, multi regional estate and letting agency are continuing their success, growing more branches, and are therefore now looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join as an accompanied viewer for their fantastic property team

**What you will be doing**
- Conducting property viewings for both sales and lettings
- Provide details feedback to the team
- Diary management
- Property canvassing

**What you’ll have**
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Genuine interest in the property market
