Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping using computerised systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and other computerised systems for data entry and document management
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette with clear verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
